1.Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
- If you cancel after 12 hours but before shipping, 50% of the product price will be deducted     as processing and restocking fees.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2.Refunds:
- Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products.
- To request a refund, contact us at support@samyora.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3.Non-Refundable:
- Opened or used products.
- Orders cancelled after shipment.
